These terms govern your use of this website and any storage rental agreement entered into with Big River Boat & RV Storage at our Eureka, High Ridge, or Valley Park, Missouri locations. Your separate signed rental/lease agreement for your specific unit governs the storage relationship itself; these website terms cover your use of this site and our online/text-based systems.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a space or enter into an agreement with us. Information you provide (contact details, vehicle information, payment information) must be accurate and kept up to date.
Calls to our office lines, including calls handled by our automated phone system, may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and business-record purposes.
You may not use your storage space to store items that are illegal, hazardous, flammable, or otherwise prohibited by your rental agreement or applicable law. You may not sublease your space, allow unauthorized persons to access the facility using your gate code, or use the facility for any commercial or residential purpose.
Your personal gate code is for your use only. You are responsible for anyone who enters the facility using your code, including anyone who follows you through the gate.
You agree to indemnify and hold Big River Boat & RV Storage harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the facility, your stored property, or your violation of these terms or your rental agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or facility after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
